State of Political Prisoners in Mongolia: USA Support for Communism and Dictatorship

As per Dr. Saruul, MGM Leader interviewed on October 31, 2008

Although companies which rented MPRP building did not file an appeal to the court on the damages, the political detainees, mostly children (some are disabled) are getting fines of 6000-100,000 togrogs and getting a sentence of 3-7 years.

No witnesses or accusers show up on those court sessions. However, both witness’ as well as accuser’s testimonies somehow appear in the court minutes, nobody knows how and when.
Even mentally disabled got a 4 year imprisonment sentence.

For the moment there about 120 political detainees, still kept in prison cells, amongst which there are 68 kids of 15-17 age, and 6 females.

The major sentence accused is Article 179.1 of Criminal Code of Mongolia ‘Riot organization and abetting and inciting others to violence ’

The sentences are read or decided not individually but in packages of 5-10 persons.

Torturing and other inhuman and cruel, degrading treatment and punishment is in place in Mongolian courts and police prison cells. Cruel methods are used to force the convicts to sign statements to implicating themselves in violent activities during the process.

This is the state of affairs with political prisoners of Mongolia convicted with the July 1, 2008 protests against allegedly falsified Parliamentarian elections. The major ruling party-communists (MPRP) are still in power.

PS: Most shaming, US Ambassador in Ulaanbaatar has joined the communists in dealing and torturing the democracy and the Mongolian people both mentally and physically against all the international norms stated in the UN Human Rights Declaration.

The question is: Are the American people support US Government in suppressing democracy and directly trying to bring back communism and dictatorship into the heart of Asia?
